What happens if my jewellery does not fit?
We are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased. If you contact us we will advise you whether this is possible alternatively, whether an additional charge may be necessary.

You describe yourself as an ethical jeweller. What does this mean?
As part of the core values of the business, we only use ethically sourced gold and silver. All our jewellery is made with precious or semi-precious gemstones and where possible these are also ethically sourced.
How long will it take to receive my jewellery?
Normally orders should arrive within 5 working days. However, if the particular item is not in stock or another size is required, you should expect the order to take up to 28 working days.
